Welcome to Island Athens

Island Athens is a service geared toward delivering information about Downtown Athens and Five Points to any audience without clogging every pore with advertisements or banners. We give you the opportunity to visit every business in one place before you visit. There are over 300 businesses in the Downtown and Five Points area with fantastic restaurants, interesting shops and incredible venues for music or staged performance. Most of the performances are sub-par. However, most of the attendees are as well, and drunk to boot.

Classified Ads

Due to the lack of participation in the Classified Ads section of the site, we've determined that maybe it wasn't as useful as we thought. So rather than leave it the way it is, we are going to take it up a notch, much like we've done with a few of our other services

Restaurant Menus

Island Athens has decided to expand its services to include not just downtown and five points, but EVERY restaurant in Athens. We even cover Bogart, Commerce, Danielsville, Hull, Watkinsville and Winder. In the next couple of weeks we'll be adding restaurant profiles to our menu database and then unveiling everything at the beginning of June.
